AWA IT Solutions team approaches all of its work through a racial equality perspective. This viewpoint is essential because organizations that serve Black, Brown, Indigenous, youth, and people of color offer vital support and perceptive vision to communities that are disproportionately impacted by the systems that are supposed to uphold and safeguard them.

We always initiate our IT work from a holistic approach. We follow our internal processes to conduct an audit of the current infrastructure. A very detailed report on urgent priorities is produced and shared with our service users’ leadership to collectively develop a scope of work. 

Our team has collectively garnered several years of experience in areas of intervention including Troubleshooting and Repair, Network and Printing Services, Phone Services, etc.
